Environmental
TEIM Design's Environmental Division provides a variety of environmental services for transportation, infrastructure, and municipal projects. TEIM can identify and complete all the studies and steps necessary to complete the NEPA clearance process for an engineering project.
The Federal Government cannot assist, neither physically nor financially, any project that has not been environmentally cleared through the NEPA (National Environmental Protection Act of 1969) process. NEPA compliance includes examining all potential environmental, economic, and social impacts associated with a given project. TEIM's staff is well-versed in conducting the NEPA clearance process, including environmental field specialist studies, public involvement programs, and NEPA summary document preparation. Who We Are
About Our Company
TEIM Design, PLLC can trace its origins to a small consultant engineering firm founded in 1961 in Oklahoma City named Howard L. Russell and Associates. As the firm added partners, the company name became Russell, Gravlin, Douglas and Cornell, Inc. in 1970. With an expansion into transportation design in 1997, Douglas, Davis, and Gravlin changed the company name to Triad Design Group, Inc.
In early 2020 Joe Davis, Josh Johnston, and Shay Smith formed TEIM Design, PLLC. Most of Triad Design Group's staff of approximately 40 engineers, technicians, and support personnel transferred to the newly formed company. TEIM will provide all design services for Triad projects, ensuring a seamless transition.
The name “TEIM” represents the services we specialize in:

engineering services. Although our name is different, TEIM Design is located at the same Oklahoma City location, includes essentially the same staff previously working under Triad Design Group, and continues to provide the same high-quality engineering services to our clients. We are excited about the future and look forward to many challenging projects!

TEIM Design's office contain over 10,000 square feet of production space, housing our engineering, administrative support, and computer systems management personnel.
All project work is coordinated through TEIM Design to provide a single point of contact to the client.
